Built in 2007, the complex consists
of 70 apartments (40 two bedroom
apartments for 5 people and 30
singles for 3 people), all of which are
spacious and well decorated, with a
terrace and views, separate
bedroom and a sofa bed in the
lounge. The kitchen is equipped with
a glass ceramic hob (2 rings), electric
heater, fridge, toaster, micro-wave,
crockery, glass ware and cutlery.

the two famous tourist resorts of
Puerto Rico and Amadores. It
enjoys a spectacular panoramic view
of the sea and the two resorts. Its
privileged location overlooking Mt.
Teide will offer you one of the most

each evening.

In Amadores Residence there is a
Snack Bar next to the swimming
pool, where you can enjoy all kinds
of breakfasts, snacks and a wide
choice of drinks.
Courtesy service for late departures
Sometimes our clients have a
somewhat uncomfortable flight
schedule with a long gap of time
between the official check out hour
and the time when the transfer bus
is picking them up. Servatur offers
you a special courtesy service in
Amadores Residence for you to
enjoy your stay with us and until
the last moment. So that you will
find at your disposal a comfortable
place where you can shower and
change clothes.
Close to the reception there is a
game room with electronic games to
be enjoyed by adults and children
alike.
Safety Box and Currency Exchange
We also have individual safes where
we recommend you to deposit
money and valuables.

Should you need to wash some
clothes, we have a self service
laundry at our clients’ disposal.

courts, squash, mini golf, water park, medical
centre, private hospital etc. The famous beach of
Puerto Rico is located at ca. 1200 m. Here our
customers can enjoy all kind of water sports or
book a boat excursion. If you like to play golf,
there are 2 golf courses very close, Anfi Tauro
Golf and Salobre Golf & Resorts. If you like to do
hiking, at the end of the valley you have an
access to the causeway of “Caminos reales de
Gran Canaria”.
